Yes! We’re planning to expand our collection to include other rare and beautiful plants. Keep an eye on our website or subscribe to our newsletter for updates.

Each orchid is carefully hand-packed to ensure it travels safely.

We first wrap the plant in protective paper, then add a very thick layer of bubble wrap for insulation and shock absorption.

The wrapped plant is then securely fitted into the box so it doesn’t move during transit.

We’ve refined our packaging through many shipments, and it’s proven to keep orchids safe, even on longer journeys or during cooler weather.

In cold weather we add a heat pack to keep a good temperature.

There are many different orchid species and hybrids - some are naturally larger or smaller than others.

Each listing includes details about the growth stage (e.g., flowering size, near flowering size, young plant) as well as the pot size, to help you gauge proportions.

To make things even clearer, we’re updating our product photos to include a standard mug for size comparison, so you can better visualise the plant’s scale before purchasing.

Unfortunately, no. Because orchids are live plants, we can’t accept returns for a simple change of mind all returned plants must go through quarantine and recovery, and we can’t just resell them.

If your plant arrives damaged or doesn’t match the description, contact us within 3 days of delivery at orchidsandbeyondltd@gmail.com or on the chat on the website with clear photos.

We’ll investigate promptly and, if needed, offer a refund or replacement at no cost to you.

If the plant arrived damaged or wasn’t as described, we cover the return postage.

Returned plants must be sent back in the same condition (unless they arrived damaged).

Plants that have been repotted, trimmed, or altered after arrival are not eligible for return.

Yes we ship UK-wide using Tracked 24-hour delivery to make sure your plant isn’t stuck in a box for long.

We aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible, taking into account weather and plant safety.

Please allow up to 10 days for your order to arrive, as some periods can be busier than others.

During chilly periods, we include heating pads in our parcels to keep your orchids comfortable and protected while in transit

At the moment, we can’t guarantee specific delivery dates, but we always ship plants with their well-being and your convenience in mind. But please contact me as I can certain help with specific requests for example: you want it to arrive in a certain date because you need it as a present

Not always. Each plant is unique, and photos on the website show a representative example of the variety and its stage (e.g., flowering size not in bloom, near flowering size, in bloom).

If your plant happens to be in a different stage from the one described, we’ll contact you before dispatching.

We can’t photograph every single orchid individually, but we promise that every plant sent is healthy and true to its description.

Orchids are living plants - they grow, rest, and change. Leaf colour, size, and bloom stage can vary slightly due to light, temperature, and growth cycle.

These natural differences are part of what makes each orchid one of a kind!

Yes! Because we can’t time every order perfectly around watering, some plants may arrive with slightly moist substrate.

This is completely safe from hundreds of parcels sent, none have suffered from spending around 24 hours in transit while damp.

If anything ever does go wrong, we’ll always make it right.

Not immediately. Your orchid has just travelled and will need a little time to settle in.

Give it a week or two in its current pot before repotting. Orchids grow well in different types of potting media- use the one you know best.
