2. Products
All plants offered for sale are live specimens, and as such, they may vary slightly from the photographs shown. Bloom colour and stage can naturally differ due to lighting, season, and growth cycle. The stage of the plant (e.g., in bloom, bud, or rest) may also change between the time it is listed and the time it reaches you. We make every effort to describe and photograph our plants accurately and use only images taken by us or by our suppliers with their consent.
3. Orders and Payment
Orders are accepted through our website only. Payment must be made in full at checkout. Once an order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if a product is out of stock or if there is a pricing or listing error.
4. Shipping
We ship UK-wide using tracked delivery services to ensure your plant arrives safely. We use Tracked 24-hour delivery to minimise transit time and make sure your new plant isn’t stuck in a box for long. We aim to dispatch plants as soon as possible, taking into account weather conditions and plant safety. Please allow up to 10 days for your plants to reach you, as some periods can be busier than others. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and courier performance. During cold weather, we include heating pads in our parcels to keep your plants comfortable and protected during transit.
5. Returns and Refunds
Because we sell live plants, we handle returns with care to protect both the plants and our customers. You may request a refund or replacement if: The plant arrives damaged, or The plant is not as described, provided that you contact us within 3 days of receiving your order (please include clear photos). If your claim is approved: We will cover the return postage costs. Returned plants must be in the same condition as received, unless the issue was caused by damage in transit. Plants that have been repotted, cut, or altered in any way are not eligible for return. We cannot accept returns for: Change of mind, or Healthy plants that match the product description, as all returned plants require quarantine and recovery time before they can be resold.
6. Cancellations If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
7. Intellectual Property
All images, text, and content on our website are the property of Orchids and Beyond Limited Company or used with permission from our suppliers. You may not copy, distribute, or use our materials for commercial purposes without written consent.
8. Disclaimer
We take every effort to deliver healthy plants and provide accurate product information. However, we cannot guarantee that colours or bloom stages will appear exactly as shown on your screen. Plants are living organisms, and natural variations are expected.
