At Orchids and Beyond Limited Company, we do our very best to describe and photograph each plant accurately. However, please remember that all orchids are living, individual plants, and natural variations will occur.

 

Plant Stage and Photos

 

Each plant is listed with a description of its current stage  for example:

 

Flowering size (not in bloom)

 

Near flowering size

 

In bloom

 

Photos on our website are representative of that stage. You may not receive the exact same plant shown in the photo, but one of the same variety and stage.

 

If for any reason the plant available is in a different stage from what was advertised, we will contact you before shipping to discuss it.

 

Please understand that it’s not possible to photograph every single plant individually especially when the differences between them are minimal and purely natural.

 

Returns cannot be accepted simply because the plant is not identical to the photograph, provided it matches the advertised stage and description.

 

Growth and Condition

 

As living organisms, orchids continuously change. Leaf growth, root development, or minor blemishes may appear between the time of photography and delivery this is completely normal.

 

Sometimes, plants may be shipped in slightly moist moss or substrate.

Because we cannot precisely predict the timing of each purchase or delay watering for long periods, some pots may still be damp when packed.

 

From hundreds of parcels shipped, we’ve never had a plant suffer from being in transit for around 24 hours  even when the medium was moist.

However, if anything unexpected does happen, please rest assured: you won’t lose out. We’ll make it right.

We truly appreciate your understanding that plants are living beings, not factory products. A little variation makes each one unique and that’s part of what makes growing orchids so rewarding.
