Pre-Order Disclaimer (Orchids - May Delivery)

By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following terms:

• Estimated Arrival & Dispatch
  Pre-order plants are expected to be dispatched to customers by 7th June. While we will always aim to send sooner, this cannot be guaranteed due to processing and dispatch volumes.

• Plant Quality Commitment
  All plants offered are expected to be healthy, well-established, and with a good root system.
  We do not sell Grade B quality plants.
  If, upon import, any plant does not meet our quality standards, it will not be shipped, and you will receive a full refund.

• Plant Representation
  Some listings may not show the exact plant and are based on supplier descriptions (e.g. plants in 2.5" pots).
  By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept that you will receive a plant that matches the provided description, with natural variation in size, shape, and presentation.

• Stock Availability & Substitutions
  On rare occasions, plants may become unavailable at the last minute or suffer damage during transit.
  In such cases, we reserve the right to offer a refund or a suitable replacement. Your understanding is appreciated.

• Combined Orders (In-Stock + Pre-Order)
  If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your order will be shipped together once all items are ready.
  If you wish to receive in-stock items sooner, you must purchase separate shipping for split delivery.
