Pre-Order September

Disclaimer- please read before buying!  Orders must be placed by 15th of September 1 pm. The plants will be delivered to you by the end of September.

• These are pre-order plants expected to arrive by the end of September.

• We do not have an exact arrival date yet, as the timing depends on export/import paperwork and other arrangements outside our control.

• Pre-orders give you the opportunity to secure the plants in advance before they arrive in the UK.

• Plants offered during the pre-order period are discounted compared with the normal selling price they will have once they arrive and are available from stock.

• Please remember that we have not seen these plants in person yet. We do our best to describe them as accurately as possible using the information and photos provided by our suppliers.

• As these are live plants, there may be some variation in size, appearance and maturity compared with the photos or description. If a plant arrives and is significantly different from what we expected in terms of size or quality, we will contact you before sending it. You can then decide whether you are happy to receive it or cancel the item for a full refund.

• Occasionally, a plant may become unavailable, arrive damaged, fail to arrive, or be unsuitable for sale for another reason. If this happens, we may need to cancel that item and you will receive a full refund.

• If a plant arrives and is significantly different from what we expected in terms of size or quality, we will contact you before sending it. You can then decide whether you are happy to receive it or cancel the item for a full refund.

• We will always do our best to keep you updated if there are any significant changes or delays with the shipment.
